I need some advice regarding pulley and alternators...?

I had a set of stainless steel March pulleys and a 200A alternator put in my '96 T-bird. That night, my car eventually died. I took it in to the shop on the next day to have the stock pulleys put back on and my 200A alt. is only charging at 12.5 volts,

The pulley's are "UNDERDRIVEN", hence "Underdrive pulleys", they will toast up the next alternator too, replace with stock pulley's, the underdrive pulley's don't add any noticeable H.P., put the stock pulley's back on, a few cold
