According to a recent bi-partisan poll, the majority of Marylanders believe that cleaning up the Chesapeake Bay and its rivers should be a funding priority. Almost two-thirds say they would be willing to pay an additional $20 per year to fund such programs. But it's not in the governor's revenue proposal being voted on next week.
