So I am planning on a road trip and obviously fuel efficiency is a big issue. Rather than contemplating whether I should roll the windows down or turn the A/C on, can I use battery powered, or (I have an outlet in my car) plug a fan inside my car?
Yes you can as long as it doesn't block your view from seeing out the windows or get in the way of you controlling your vehicle
