Is it OK to drive my Lexus without plastic cover under front of the car?

Came off while I was driving so I took it off.

That shield does several things. It helps direct airflow under the car while driving. It also acts as a sound insulator to make the car more quiet and it also keeps water and other debris from coming into the engine bay while driving.
