Do Grand Rock 4" Dual Chrome Pickup Truck Smoke Stacks blow black smoke when you drive?

Im looking at the 4" chrome stacks for a 97 dodge ram 1500. I looked at videos of them and i see that they blow black smoke. If they do then is there a way to make them so they don't but still blow exhaust out? I like the look and sound but not the

The black smoke was probably from a diesel and used for show. The pipes did NOT cause it.
