fl70 freightliner truck

What could the clutch noise be in my1996 FL70 freightliner?

I bought the truck and it was making a rattle noise around the clutch area. Well now it has new gears in the trans, a complete new engine and a new clutch and bearing. It still making all kinds of noise! It only rattles when the truck is running in neutral

sounds to me like the throwout bearing is running all the time.the throwout bearing should only run when you apply the clutch.try adjusting the clutch so the bearing is free when its idling and the clutch is out.
