Is it okay to use 10-30 Diesel motor oil in my Gasoline Car?

I accidentally purchased 5 quarts of Diesel Motor oil. The weight and viscosity is correct, but I have a gasoline fired engine. I live in a remote area so it is a long way back to the store. Would it be okay to use this oil in my gasoline engine?

look at the container. it will say API Service CI-4 but if it also says SL or SM i should be okay.
