Is there a good 200 amp alternator for S-10 4 Cyl?

How is the reliability of DB Electrical-Starters-Alternators, they have a listing on eBay. They are one of the few that claim they can make a 200 amp alternator for 2000 Chevy S-10 4 Cyl. If anyone knows of any other site that has an alternator this size
