We are renting a car for christmas traveling. It has LATCH, but it says it has "Side-curtain air bags for front and rear outboard seat occupants" Is it ok to have side airbags with a car seat. I have a rear facing infant seat still. Ideally
Ask the car manufacture to be certain. It should be OK but use the centre position if you want.
