Anti theft car stereo...?
I have a '97 Cavalier with an anti theft stereo in it. I just bought a speaker box and amp to put in my car and now I'm being told that since my stereo is anti theft that I'll have to go to the Chevrolet dealership to have them hook everything up. I was
to install an amp to your deck, you need to plug in RCA jacks, and a remote wire. To do so, you need to pull out your deck to plug them in on the back. I'm guessing that the people at the Chevy dealership have special keys to use to pull the deck out.
