What is the black tubing called used on many RC dirt tracks?

My friend and I are thinking about designing an offroad dirt RC track for racing remote control cars. What is the black tubing stuff you see on many tracks called?

Looks to me like 4 inch drainage flex-pipe available at any good home-improvent / lumber yard.
